RENTAL FEE of $500 includes the following:
Hall Rental (six hour period-additional hours, whole or fraction @ $50 each)
Special Events Insurance (Protection for Lessee and Lessor)
DEPOSIT of $250 is required at the time of reservation
SECURITY DEPOSIT of $150 will be required 60 days prior to the date of the event
HALL CAPACITY is 350

HALL is a Non-Smoking Environment
